Our Organization

MOA was formed on July 2005 headed by Tereso Ugalino to bring our townmates closer together.

With years of living in Stockton and as friendly as he is,  he saw a large group of Magsingal folks but without communications.  So he started with just few members but as time goes by more willing members joined and participated the Election of officers at his place.

The first dance party was held at Latrop, Ca community Hall.  With amazement there were really lots of food and participants who showed up that night.

Then there was a first picnic of MOA followed by a pegeant contest at Radison Hotel.  Finally MOA got money on the bank.  So a Medical Mission was held on February 2008 at our town of Magsingal where thousands of patients fall in line for the whole day.  I hope MOA will stay alive and continue helping the needy specially kids that wants to go to school with but cannot afford the uprising school bills.
